New York: John Kerry calls for the cessation of external support for M23

The United States is very concerned by recent reports that the resumption of external assistance to rebels M23 and the collaboration with the FDLR, said U.S. Secretary of State , John Kerry , at the opening Thursday, July 25 this morning in New York at a special meeting of the Security Council on the situation in the Great Lakes region .

He called on the United Nations to put an end to foreign support for the rebels in the DRC.
